Each event has its own period. Full use continues through the fair and for 30 calendar days after its official end. Use this time to revisit your meetings at home or at work and see whether Hello There remains useful after the fair.

Not available after freeze: new meetings, new notes or changes, new uploads and continuing free operational partner use.
Active access and retention are different. Existing Meeting Memories remain readable and exportable during the retention period, up to 12 months after the event. You can delete your own Meeting Memory and attachments earlier.
The partner dashboard and partner CSV end at the same full-pilot deadline. Partners never receive private notes or private attachments.
What happens next?
The full version is still in development. You may voluntarily register interest in Personal, Professional or Both. There is no automatic payment, account or tenant conversion.
