ANNA + PETER · A FICTIONAL EXAMPLE

From a real meeting to a lasting relationship.

See in seven simple steps what Anna keeps for herself, what Peter’s company may use, and why Hello There is not a traditional CRM.

PILOTThis page explains the current exhibition pilot, the lasting Hello There principles and—where clearly labelled—a future extension.

CURRENT EXHIBITION PILOT

Anna meets Peter, scans Peter’s partner QR and records the meeting herself. Anna keeps her Meeting Memory. GreenGrow receives only the permitted business information for follow-up.

Peter does not separately confirm the meeting in this pilot.
FULL HELLO THERE MODEL

Either person can start the connection. A shared Meeting Record is created only after both people confirm that they actually met. Each participant then manages their own context around that meeting.

This mutual confirmation and canonical shared Meeting Record are not yet implemented in the current pilot.

Meeting Record

The factual core of a meeting.

Meeting Memory

What an individual keeps around that meeting and can find later.

Private context

Personal notes, reminders and attachments that are not automatically shared with the other participant or their organisation.

Professional context

Permitted business information and follow-up that may be used within the authorised professional organisation.

01REAL LIFE

The real meeting

Anna meets Peter at a professional horticultural exhibition.

The meeting happens in real life. Hello There makes sure it is not lost afterwards.
02SCAN · RECORD

Connect

Anna scans Peter’s Hello There partner QR code, enters her basic details and records that she met Peter.

No app installation is needed. Peter does not separately confirm the meeting in this pilot.
03CURRENT PILOT

Anna records the meeting

Anna’s registration receives a clear context: people, company, exhibition, stand, date and time.

Anna keeps her personal Meeting Memory. GreenGrow receives only the permitted business information for follow-up.

Spoke with Peter about the new Hydrangea range. Interesting for next spring. Very good conversation—review after the exhibition.

After the meeting

CRM

Hello There is not a CRM

A CRM stores contacts. Hello There preserves the meeting that created the contact. It does not replace a CRM; it begins earlier in the chain, with the real human meeting and the context from which a contact emerges.

In the full Hello There model, a shared Meeting Record begins when two people confirm that they actually met.

HELLO THERE

European-first, not Europe-only.

Hello There is deliberately developed from European principles of privacy, data protection and trust. Europe is the first market and test environment, but the problem is universal and the concept is designed to scale internationally.

Budapest and Warsaw are the first practical tests. The same principle can later apply to company visits, customer and sales meetings, business appointments, networking gatherings, congresses, professional events and broader personal meetings.

HELLO THERE

Why Hello There is different

01

A real meeting is always the starting point.

02

No app installation for the first interaction.

03

Personal memories remain private.

04

Business follow-up remains business information.

05

One person can have different roles and relationships.

06

Privacy by design and EU-first.

07

Not a traditional CRM: the meeting and its human context come first.

08

Fewer lost contacts, stronger real relationships.

Never lose a meaningful meeting again.

Because a contact is just information. A meeting is a memory.
